Processing Time:
We process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options:
We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship within the United States and to select international countries. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.
